Fabolous planned on not having many guests on the album. The album was originally called Work Hard, Play Harder. The album was set to released on June 30, 2009, but it was pushed back to July 28 because Fabolous wanted to include the movie with the album.[citation needed]
A deluxe album will be released on the same day as the standard release. The edition will feature a bonus DVD.[6]

The first two singles were released simultaneously on May 26, 2009. "Throw It in the Bag" features The-Dream and "My Time" features Jeremih. The third single is Everything, Everyday, Everywhere featuring Ryan Leslie and Keri Hilson. Fabolous recently released the remix to "Throw It in the Bag" featuring Drake on July 20, 2009.
